AUCTION NOTE:
Summer’s here and the days are getting longer. I guess that just means a little more time to get this three-day auction ready. We had a great sale last month with a large variety of quality lots and strong prices to back it up. A Helen Bradley oil painting set a world record for that artist at $103,500 while a Wooton desk ended up at $11,500. A hallstand attributed to Alexander Roux brought $25,875, a fantastic pair of stained glass windows sold for $18,400, a Regina upright disc player $17,250, and a 3.35 carat diamond ring found a new owner for $23,000. These prices reflect the 15% buyer’s premium.
Our sale this month will be another good one with merchandise being offered from A to Z. We have a fine pair of Sevres urns, Victorian art glass, plenty of sterling silver and some nice American art pottery. Also to be included is an interesting collection of Masonic memorabilia with over 500 items being offered.
Normally we don’t offer our June auction on eBay Live but since there is such a large selection of quality items this time we decided we would make most of Sunday available through that venue.
