1. Absentee bids are executed in competition with the audience on an alternative basis. Due to the uncertainties of bidding patterns a lot may sell to the audience for the same amount authorized by an absentee bidder. In the event of identical bids, the bid received first will take precedence.
2. Bunte's offers this service as a convenience at no charge to their customers who are unable to attend the auction and will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute bids. Lots that are damaged and not so catalogued, renders the bid void.
3. If successful, you will receive an invoice. Prompt payment and pick up of purchases must be made within 7 days of the auction, unless other arrangements are made.
4. Mailed, Faxed or E-Mailed bids should be confirmed by telephone.
5. Please note that a buyers premium of 20% will be added to the auctioneers hammer price, plus applicable sales tax if your resale number is not on file. A 25% deposit may be required if credit had not been previously established.
6. All bids accepted will be executed subject to our Conditions of Sale and Information for Buyers as published in our catalogue or available at the gallery office.
